Terms of sale

Who you are buying from. brickAtom is a business name of The Trustee for Budbricks Trust, ABN 32 508 902 730, based in Queensland, Australia. Contact us at info@gronkie.com.

Prices. Our prices are set in Australian dollars. If you shop from outside Australia, checkout may show the price in your own currency, converted by our payment provider Stripe at its exchange rate on the day, which includes a small conversion margin. You choose the currency at checkout before you pay. We are not registered for GST, so our prices do not include GST and our receipts are not tax invoices. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including shipping, in the currency you chose. Your bank may add its own fees. Refunds are paid in the currency you paid in.

Personalised and made-to-order items. Many of our products are made for you from the details you enter: names, text, colours and options. Before you pay, check the preview and spelling carefully. We make the item exactly as entered. The preview is a close guide, but colours and finishes on real printed and cut items can vary slightly from your screen.

Your content. When you enter names or words, or upload a photo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive, or that copies someone else's artwork, logo or trademark, or shares another person's details without their OK. We print your content for your own use and don't claim it. We may decline an order we're not willing to make; if we do, we refund it in full before anything is made.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your card statement will show GRONKIE* followed by the brand you ordered from. If you pay with Afterpay or Zip, their own terms also apply, and we don't start making your order until they approve the payment.

Order acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If we cannot make or supply an item (for example, a part runs out), we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.

Price mistakes. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before making it, and you can choose to pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Making and dispatch. Made-to-order items are made after you order and usually leave us within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the item. See Shipping and pickup for delivery times.

Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See Returns and refunds.

Your account. An account is optional; you never need one to buy. If you sign in (by a link we email you), you can see your past orders and order again. Keep access to that email to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Accounts and partners. School and retail partners order on account under their own written agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to the partner's orders.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
